| In the hands of a Guardian, the Stormtrance is summoned by focusing Arc energies within and then unleashing them in a continuous stream of lightning, dealing damage to enemies targeted by it. As it deals damage the lightning spreads to other enemies, wiping out large numbers of enemies in a short amount of time. When upgraded, Stormtrance can emit a shockwave that repels and damages nearby enemies, chain lightning twice as far, or teleport short distances.

| Lightbearer [[Wizard]]s channeling this [[Light]] ability glow with blue lightning, and become capable of shooting precise Arc blasts from their palms, or alternatively can rain lighting strikes from the sky onto their enemies. [[Savathûn, the Witch Queen]] and her [[Projection of Savathûn|Projection]]s can also use the Stormtrance, calling forth a series of lighting strikes that quickly hit the ground in a straight line.
