Devil Splicers Relationship with the Traveler

Highly unlikely. Once they found SIVA could make them less reliant on the Traveler, they would have changed their objectives. However seeing as how Even the Devils had burned their banners, no one really knows what is going on with them right now. Arcmind ^{Execute long hold for reactivation.
