The Contracts is a mini-Destiny 2 DLC added as a console exclusive and thus very rare. It is $4.99, and available on PlayStation Plus and X-Box Game Pass for free. However the new stealth system was introduced to the entire game.

A gift from Bungie to Console Players, a mini-DLC added for both new players and veterans.
Take out the enemies of humanity in a series of missions with unique awards, new storylines, and gameplay styles never seen before.

- Suppressors are added to certain weapons that can now eliminate enemies without alerting them to your location
