The Wanted were a group of extremely dangerous criminals from all races, that operate semi-independently from their main factions.
After Uldren Sov and his Barons orchestrated a massive breakout of the Prison of Elders, the Spider put out bounties on many of those escapees.
With the release of The Witch Queen, the Wanted have been removed from the game.
