Riksis, Devil Archon[2] is a Fallen Archon who leads a group of Fallen in Old Russia. It is believed that he once ruled the House of Devils.[3] He is much taller than normal Fallen.
Gameplay
Riksis is a boss in Restoration story mission. He has higher health and attack strength than normal Fallen, and drops rarer loot such as the Thunderlord.[1] It is recommended that Guardians keep their distance from him, as once stirred he is unpredictably elusive and quick with a wave of power called the "Ultra Smash"[4]. Guardians should rely on their class abilities when fighting him, or just avoid him if they want to wait for a later battle.[3]

He was called "Rixis, Archon Slayer" in early builds.[3]
