The '''Concordat''' was a [[Guardian]] faction and member of the [[Consensus]], led by an individual named [[Lysander]]. While the Concordat's central ideology is unknown, at some point the faction unsuccessfully attempted to overthrow the Consensus and the [[Speaker]] in a coup.
