Valus is the third highest rank in the Cabal infantry. This is subordinate to the Primus and Dominus rank. It is likely the "vice admiral" as an equivalent of human rank. This rank is given to units who are Strike, Prison of Elders, or Patrol bosses. Ranks are given to Cabal depending on how well they can lead campaigns.
