Valus is the second highest rank in the Cabal infantry. This is subordinate to the Primus rank, and is likely the "vice admiral" as an equivalent of human rank. This rank is given to units who are Strike, or any game mode of the Prison of Elders, bosses. Ranks are given to Cabal depending on how well they can lead campaigns.
