Destiny 2 is the tentative title for the upcoming sequel to the shared-worlds FPS Destiny, set for release in 2017 on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 platforms.[3][2] Work began on the game in November 2014, just after the release of the original game.[4] The game was reportedly rebooted in May of 2016.[5]
