  • According to the Classical Poet Ovid, the Greek God Ikelos is the son of Morpheus and is himself the god of nightmares.
  • IKELOS SR v1.0.1 is a weapon created by Rasputin as a part of his IKELOS protocol, which is meant to provide the Guardians with weapons to fight The Darkness.
    • Other weapons manufactured according to the IKELOS protocol are the Exotic Linear Fusion Rifle Sleeper Simulant, the legendary shotgun IKELOS SG v1.0.1, hand cannon IKELOS HC v1.0.1, and submachine gun IKELOS SMG v1.0.1.
