Fu'an Institute Library is a research institution in The Last City that works in conjunction with the Vanguard.

History[edit]

The Vanguard assigned Owl Sector operative Camrin Dumuzi to monitor who accessed records at the Fu'an Institute related to Clovis Bray and the Warminds. Anastasia Bray, who had faked her death in order to pursue her past and investigate those topics, snuck into the library to access those records. Camrin ended up falling in love with the Guardian and helped with her research while also covering up her presence at the library by lying to Commander Zavala that the individual who accessed those records was a harmless scholar.[1]

Several years later Ana returned to the Fu'an Institute and stole several reference books.[2]
