Corrupted Hex-Drinkers are a variant of Wraiths encountered in Warlord's Ruin.
Gameplay
The Corrupted Hex-Drinkers are immune Wraiths that appear in the final encounter against Hefnd's Vengeance, Blighted Chimaera. When the Guardians begin to cleanse totems, they will obtain the Hex of Vengeful Corruption, a debuff that lasts for 17 seconds and will kill them upon reaching zero. Shortly after receiving the debuff, Hex-Drinkers will appear. To cleanse themselves of the debuff, Guardians must melee the Hex-Drinkers to transfer the Hex to them, which will kill the Wraiths upon reaching zero. However if the Hex-Drinkers melee you back, they will transfer the Hex back onto you.
