The Ice Reapers are a Cabal detachment. The Ice Reapers appear to be an elite Psion unit, as only known members are the three Psion Flayers, as well as the three Psion Operants that appear earlier in the Dust Palace. They are likely an advance sub-unit of the Skyburners as they are defended by Skyburners troops.
