Brother Vance is a disciple and representative of Osiris, and can be found in the Vestian Outpost in the Reef. He is there to recruit the strongest Guardians for the Trials of Osiris, offering entry and rewards to the event.[1] Brother Vance is a former Guardian, and aparently blind (see below).
