It is based on the [[House of Judgement]]'s traditions for settling disputes between Fallen. The Archon Priest [[Aksor, Archon Priest|Aksor]] was previously a prisoner before later being retrieved and having his soul restored by the [[House of Winter]] on [[Venus]].
