====Calus' Haunts====

Following the arrival of the Lucent Brood on Earth, [[Calus]] would return from hiding on the [[Leviathan]], now twisted and infected by [[Egregore]] fungi, placing his ship near the Moon to gain control over [[The Lunar Pyramid]] in the name of [[The Witness]]. The House of Shadow, under the instructions of Nova, would operate alongside, but secretly with the Black Legion to gain information on this event. With few Shadows scouts infiltrating the derelict ship to get samples off of the egregore, however, those who entered would never returning from their findings, raising concern from both the Shadow leadership and Sumeragi itself as well.

Seeing heightened activity among the fabled old crews, naturally, the House of Shadow would take great interest in their operations and would begin the active crews or would disguise themselves as participating pirates, in tandem with Black Legion forces. Distressingly, they would discover that Eramis has returned after years of being trapped in Stasis and was in search of mysterious reliquaries empowered by [[Darkness]]. Curious about the importance of the relics and in an effort to deny their enemies control over them for whatever they plan, the undercover "pirates" of the joint coalition between the House of Shadow and Black Legion attempted to wrest control over these artifacts under the pretense that they were attempting to collect a greater bounty in an effort to study them. Despite their numerous attempts to seize control over them, the only one they managed to get their hands on, from [[Val'aug, the Brute]] after being convinced by Black Legion forces through obligation to borrow it, was claimed by the Guardians in an attack on their lairs. Nevertheless, Sumeragi researchers, as well as intelligence from spies in the House of Light, would discover that the relics belonged to [[Nezarec, Final God of Pain|Nezarec]], a long dead disciple of the Witness. Though the spies would confirm that the reliquaries were turned into a remedial formula for a now lightless Osiris, Nova would become unsettled as to how Eramis mysteriously returned and the mysterious objective of recovering these ancient reliquaries. Regardless, the House of Shadows would lose a considerable amount of their infiltration forces during the numerous [[Ketchcrash]] operations.

===Seraph's Rise===

After the numerous losses taken during the events of the [[Season of Plunder]], the House of Shadow would go to ground and attempt to stay hidden, even with the tempting chance at pursuing Warmind technologies left behind by both [[Wrathborn]] and Guardian operations. However, in the final weeks of the conflict, as Eramis attempted to destroy the Traveler with the restored WarSat network, jumping at the opportunity to fulfill their master's objective, House of Shadow infiltrators would attempt to sabotage the coalition's attempt to protect the Traveler only to be denied as Rasputin's sacrifice would fracture it entirely.
