Hoarfrost Executioners have been observed to spawn in the [[Shattered Realm]] activity and wield a cannon capable of shooting stasis rounds that can slow and potentially freeze those hit by the projectiles, they spawn during the boss encounter as protection for corrupted techeuns and must be killed to drop the techeun's shield. | |||
