It started off as confusion as nanobots activated all around the globe, corrupting | The '''Transmission Crisis''' was an event during late Summer just before the [[SIVA Crisis]] arose in the [[Plaguelands]]. It started off as confusion as nanobots activated all around the globe, corrupting armor and having strange lights fly around [[Guardian]]s' heads. This eventually caused the civilian group known as the [[Owl Sector]] to activate. This roused [[Saladin Forge|Lord Saladin]] of the [[Iron Lords]] to turn his attention to [[SIVA]] and the Plaguelands. It was soon realized by Saladin to be caused by the [[House of Devils]], who had unearthed SIVA from [[Site 6]] and were using it to augment themselves into machine gods, led by [[Aksis, Archon Prime]], who kept to himself in his [[Perfection Complex]] until he was assasinated by [[The Guardian]] during the [[Raid]] [[Wrath of the Machine]]. | ||
