It is based on a [[Fallen]] Shrapnel Launcher, commonly wielded by Captains, how ever it does not fire small rockets like the shrapnel launcher. In an older version of the gun, its unique perk, Devil's Touch, lit enemies on fire to simulate this. It rapidly fires 5 shots upon pulling the trigger.
