'''Kargen, the Technocrat''' is a large, high-ranking [[Psion Flayer]] and the [[Red Legion]]'s foremost expert on [[Vex]] technology. He and his team pillaged countless Vex sites and later attempt to hack the [[Insight Terminus]] using a possible [[OXA Machine]] replica on [[Nessus]]. He is the main boss of the [[The Insight Terminus|Aforementioned]] [[Strike]]. He also helped [[Ghaul]] secure his invasion of [[The Last City]]. Kargen was able to bypass security of the Cryptarch Vault and steal Valuable Data from The Vanguard. Kargen became a Wanted Enemy when Ghaul was Killed but Kargen was  unable to be found until he attempted to hack the Insight Terminus. But failed when a fireteam of Guardians went down and killed Kargen, The Technocrat.
