Skell is the leader of all Fallen and plans to burn [[The Last City]] to dust with his new [[Servitor]]-[[Fallen]] [[Splicers]].

==Overview==

Skell was a [[Dreg]] of the [[House of Wolves]] and worked his way up to a [[Vandal]] until he was captured along with [[Skolas, Kell of Kells|Skolas]] and the over half of the rest of the House of wolves and was taken to the [[Prison of Elders]]. He managed to survive in the Prison and Skolas' Execution and worked his way up to being a [[Baron]] and eventually the [[Archon Priest]] and then [[Kell]. With this position Skell transformed the House of Wolves into the [[Forum:House of Kells| House of Kells]]. He united all of the other Houses under his banner by Assassinating [[The Kell of Kings]] and with the biggest House under his name he overtime gathered all of the other Houses and used the House of Wolves' leftover [[Vex]] technology to bring several different major dead Fallen figures through time. These were, [[Taniks, the Scarred]], [[Draksis, Winter Kell]], [[Sepiks Prime]], [[Orbiks Prime]], [[Skolas, Kell of Kells|Skolas, the Rabid]], [[Irxis, Wolf Baroness]], and many more. Skell sent spies into the City to plant Vex technology in key parts of the City. They were eventually found and killed but now Skell had a way of invading the City but his plan was foiled when [[The Guardian]] killed him and the City destroyed his portals and his time warped soldiers.
