After months of painstaking preparations in activating Rasputin's Seraph Bunkers and rearming them, the Warmind launches his countermeasure against ''The Almighty'' just as the superweapon could be visually seen from the Tower. Zavala and the Tower's denizens watch as Rasputin's arsenal breaks through ''The Almighty's'' shields and deal a critical hit to the ships core, causing it explode in spectacular fashion. Though debris narrowly scrap the Tower, the main ruble of the ship crashes into the mountains outside of the Last City's outskirts, saving humanity's home from destruction. Proudly, Zavala declares this victory is thanks to The Guardian and to Rasputin and with alliances with those like the Warmind, he wonders on who can stop them now. | |||
