::No, just pragmatic. TTK was their biggest content drop since vanilla Destiny, and the quests from TTK are still relevant in order to level up to current Light-levels, with a lot of the grind taken away. Rise of Iron was crafted by Bungie's Live team, a significantly smaller force of manpower than the entire studio, which is all tied up in working on Destiny 2. Besides, most of ROI's content was focused on Earth with one or two Martian story missions. Now what *could* have been a neat thing is if the Splicers sent an expedition to the Dreadnaught to capture some Taken! 17:15, 2 December 2016 (EST)

::It wouldn't have mattered anyway, since Oryx and Malok are both dead, the Taken are dissipating and becoming extinct. Except the Hive though, sure they're becoming weaker without their God-King Oryx not around, but they'll be back in Destiny 2. -- Titan66 (talk) 17:34, 02 December 2016 (EDT)
