The Leviathan is a gigantic spaceship used by the Cabal to grind and devour planets. When it locks on to a desired object, Cabal soldiers are then sent to gather data on its geology to find out how to grind it into food for the ship, suggesting that it is also a living creature. There also a city on the head of the ship, where Emperor Calus supposedly resides.
