Guardians will enter the large empty chamber, the layout is similar the the blind well because of the center pit, varying platforms and eight plates around the area. Near the center pit six icons will,appear two of either Heads (two headed snake), Smile (snake in a smile face pattern), Eight (eight sign), and Infinite (infinity sign). One icon will not be shone. There will be a matching plate for each of the icons (I.e. Heads, Eight, and Smile is shown, capture the two smile, head, and eight plates.). Each plate will have their symbol above or the side of the plate. Each plate is divided in the three section. Two taken [[blight]] bombs will be above two of the sections, sand on the empty plate as [[Taken Thrall]] and [[Taken Psion]]s spawn. If the plate is held long enough an [[Eye of Riven]] will spawn. Killing the [[Taken Knight]] is not required but helps guarantee survival in the damage phase. Also be cautious as Mall I will be immune and warp to a random plate and attack with blast similar to [[Taken Hobgoblin]]'s defensive bolts. | |||
