Goblins are a cannon-fodder type enemy, meaning they can be dispatched with little effort. They attack in large numbers and often serve as a frontal diversion for a stronger Vex unit such as a [[Cyclops]], [[Minotaur]], or even a [[Hydra]]. They attack from a distance with low-level projectile weaponry and do not charge their enemies. They move slowly and do not take cover, but can teleport short distances. When their heads are shot off, they go "berserk", shooting faster while charging at their foe, with visible electricity coursing across their body, and will attempt to engage in melee.
