In the months following the conclusion of the [[SIVA Crisis]] and sometime prior to the [[Red War]], [[Forum:Atrykis, Emperor Kell|Atrykis]], once a [[Forum:House of Lions|House of Lions]] [[Baron]], became obsessed with restoring the Eliksni back to their pre-whirlwind state.
