Following the Stranger's coordinates, the Guardian travels to the [[Ishtar Sink]] on [[Venus]], where they are ambushed by alien cyborgs known as the [[Vex]]. After reactivating an extensive series of sensors established by other Guardians to track these machines, the Guardian meets with the Exo Stranger in the [[Ishtar Academy]].
