*Even though the Consul is shown to be much smaller than Ghaul the helmet on his necklace should say otherwise as comparing the size of the helmet to the Consul and the Ghost cores he should be about as tall as Calus if not bigger yet the Ghost cores show he should be the size of a Legionary plus with his size relation to Ghaul both in cutscenes and in gameplay. This may be a Developer oversight as the Hunter helmet seen was not able to be used as a reference as it's not in Destiny 2.
