The narrator then describes war as an effective way of acheiving peace and equality- "War is the natural rectification of inequality. The universe’s way of pursuing equilibrium." The final section of this verse is the narrator telling Xivu Arath, one of the army commanders, that it is time for their forces to change tactics- "Breed your armies back to strength, and find a way to disperse the broods across these many moons. | ||
