(Only the Wrathborn Hive are capable to move between realms which is something the Hive already do, there is no evidence to support the Fallen Wrathborn are capable of doing the same throughout dialogue of THEIR hunts.)

Overview
Overview
Wrathborn are mindless, enraged versions of their former selves that are neither Fallen nor Hive, attacking former allies as readily as enemies. They are marked by a sickly green-glowing miasma that hovers around their heads, and leave behind a trail of noxious green slime that can be used to track them. Unlike the Taken, they do not appear to have any additional abilities beyond those they possessed before turning.

However, they are capable of performing Hive magic that allows them to move between realities and access the Ascendant realm in an instance.
