+In the onset of the Hive-Ecumene War, Auryx would find that the Worms had deceived him and his sisters. He would slaughter his sisters as a means to challenge Akka, only to first confront Klrorgon. He would see Auryx's ambitions to challenge the Worm Gods for their power, but Klrorgon saw through the King's true intent to find the means to commune with the Deep. The two would face off against one another with Auryx toppling Klrorgon in his tracks. Auryx would inevitably face off and kill Akka in order to take from his corpse the ability to commune with the Deep, becoming Oryx, the Taken King
+This infuriated Klrorgon for not only taking Klrorgon's ambitions of communion, but the death of his Worm God. The Spawn of Akka was venerated with hatred and malice and challenged the new crowned Taken King. His emboldened rage was nearly a match for the Oryx
