Valus Pra'urg is a Cabal Valus seen in The Insight Terminus Strike. The Valus joined Kargen, the Technocrat on the raid on the Insight Terminus. Pra'urg is the first Cabal commander seen in the way of the Guardians in The Mists, where they are killed by the Fireteam.
