Likely, but a BIG maybe. Colony ships were given SIVA to help the production of colonies. But it's just that; remember from Destiny 1, there was multiple variants of SIVA for different purposes. The Devil Splicers got the bio-augmentation strain of SIVA, while the Colony ships got the constructive kind. Until we fight SIVA swarms and Splicers, then a page or more information will be added.
