-Unlike [[Kell]]s and other [[Fallen]], Joskaa has a humble, and kind manner as he is friendly to any species who either will side with the [[Eliksni]] or are his assocites, however he is also known to have a unkempt hatred to those who will harm his kind or his House, and be willing to place [[Forum:The Kell's Wrath|bounties]] on anyone, who'll cross the line. Joskaa is also believed in burying the history between his people and the Last City, as he hopes he can restore his civilization, through a truce with [[The Last City]], and believes that the Fallen should work together with the Humans and stop their pirate ways. In a similar manner to [[The Spider]], Joskaa has a fascination for [[Human]] artifacts, such as comic books, games, and/or food recipes. He's age is known to be in between teen and young adult in Human years. Joskaa also treats his [[Forum:House of Lions|House of Lions]] fairly, and even promoting [[Dreg]]s to [[Vandal]]s (mostly at times) and gives a fair share of [[Ether]] to his whole House, showing to be Fair and Kind Kell. But may use force if his orders aren’t followed, something that usually Kells are known to when commanding.

Although, he blames the nobility and [[Kell]]s whom war against the City instead of speaking to them first or in questioning the Great Machine, but this is because of his youth, as he was not born on [[Riis]], nor seen the events of the [[Whirlwind]] that made the Fallen into pirates and thieves, thus causing many of the Eliksni to turn their backs on him, even to the point of betraying him, such as causing his one of his [[Forum:Delkris|allies]], his [[Forum:Atrykis, Emperor Kell|friend]], and even his own [[Forum:Seriviks|sister]] to turn against him. But while his words angered the many of his kind, it did however caught the attention of many of the younger and more hopeful Eliksni, being inspired to his beliefs and ways in ending the [[Eliksni siege|Never-Ending Siege]].
-Joskaa also seems to be very protective over his House, as he believes, if they went into War with the Last City, the Lions will not survive, and believed if they sided with the Last City, the Lions would not be destroyed.

Even taking some tech from other Fallen factions to be put to use for his own personal gains or for his House. Such as using [[Brig]]s and [[Black Armory]] tech, even using [[SIVA]] at some times. He is also known to grafting some tech to his body, although not majorly like [[Taniks]] or [[Aksis]] to the point of becoming a machine. Due to this, His love for machines compares him to a Fallen [[Splicer]], or a [[Archon]], although he does not mind though.
