Tlu'arg is a Psion advisor who serves Emperor Calus aboard the Leviathan. He along with Ilhali helped Calus during his wallowing sadness following his exile by mocking Ghaul's brutality. He would set the Leviathan's course for the Solar System after hearing the news of Ghaul's death.[1]
