Ticuu was a Psion craftsman. He was in the employment of Emperor Calus during his reign, and was capable of powerful psionics. He used his powers as part of an excruciating ritual called "dry joining", that allowed him to bind time into a bow. As the last part of the ritual, he pulled the bowstring, piercing his own eye with three arrows, as if they had always been there, dying but successfully crafting the Exotic Bow Ticuu's Divination. The weapon would later be looted by Cabal Legionaries, and eventually end up in the hands of The Guardian.
