Ticuu was a Psion craftsman. He was a great craftsman capable of powerful psionics. He used his powers as part of an excruciating ritual called "dry joining", that allowed him to bind time into a bow. As the last part of the ritual, he pulled the bowstring, piercing his own eye with three arrows, as if they had always been there, dying but successfully crafting the Exotic Bow Ticuu's Divination. The weapon would end up in Emperor Calus's armory, then looted by Cabal Legionaries, and eventually found its way into the hands of The Guardian.
