Thief of Thieves is an Adventure taking place on Titan during the Red War. It is unlocked upon completion of Riptide at the same time as the adventure Bad Neighbors
During the course of Thief of Thieves it is discovered that the Fallen have broken into the Control Center in Siren's Watch and stolen various supplies from Commander Sloane, and the player then embarks on a campaign of violent repossession against the Fallen thieves, culminating in the elimination of the Fallen crew resposible for the robbery and the recapture of the stolen supplies. The Fallen had previously followed Zavala, Sloane and the other survivors to Titan following the evacuation of the City.

Zavala: Guardian! Fallen thieves headed in your direction!
Sloane: They hit us and ran. We lost tools, gear... My crews can't work without that stuff.
- Recover tools from the Fallen supply thieves

- The player engages the "Supply Thief"s running around the area and collects the Repair Tools they drop.

Sloane: My crews will be reinforcing this Rig again in no time.
Zavala: Those Fallen you tracked? We've located the rest of their gang. They're consolidating stolen Golden Age tech... in a nice big pile... out in the open.
Sloane: Give those thieves a taste of their own medicine.
- Find the Fallen cache
- Steal the Fallen cache of Golden Age tech
- The player heads towards the Sinking Docks where the cache is located. Upon arrival the player fights through the Fallen until they reach the cache in the area outside and underneath the Dock.
- Clear the area
Ghost: I think that's the stash. Let's clear it for transmat.
- The Fallen are killed.
- Scan the cache
- Check the contents for Sloane
- Scan Cache
Sloane: Good job! I'll set up a transmat. Wait... Wait a minute. Where's my beacon?
Ghost: Did the Fallen steal your beacon too?
Zavala: Sloane has stepped aside for a moment. The things she's shouting would blister your ears. May I recommend finding that beacon?
- Recover transmat beacon
- Find Sloane's stolen transmat beacon
- The player continues further into the structure towards the Kemphaan, and finds a yellow bar "Supply Thief" Vandal, which immediately starts running in the opposite direction.
Ghost: Does that Fallen look like a transmat beacon thief to you? He looks like a transmat beacon thief to me.
- The player kills the thief and co. recovering a "Broken Diode" from the corpse instead of the beacon.
- The player continues on, headed back out towards the Kemphaan structure where they see another yellow bar "Supply thief".
Ghost: That one. That's gotta be a transmat beacon thief. He looks even thief-ier than the first one.
- The player pursues the thief inside the structure, where they are attacked by more Fallen, including several Exploder and Sniper Shanks. The player kills the thief and recovers Sloane's Transmat Beacon.
Ghost: Area's clear. Let's get back to that stash so I can send it over.
- Transmat cache
- Plant the beacon and send the cache to Sloane
- The player returns to the area of the cache and preps for transmat.
- Place Beacon.
- Hold the transmat zone
- Defend the are while the cache transmats
- Transmating Cache

- Transmating Cache
- More Fallen arrive to try and retake their stolen supplies, led by Teliks, Bandit Captain.
- Clear out the Fallen
- Eliminate the crew of thieving Fallen
- Teliks is killed.
- 100%
Sloane: You've cleaned them out. These components are critical to the Rig's structural integrity. And thanks to you, we've got the tools to put them back.
GHost: Whatever the Fallen steal, we steal back.
Zavala: While I cannot condone theft, I do appreciate payback. Well done.
