Supply Thieves are Fallen Marauders belonging to a House of Dusk gang of thieves led by Teliks, Bandit Captain. They stole supplies from Vanguard crews working on the rig and compiled all their findings within the sinking docks before The Guardian traced their operations back to its source and stole back the supplies.
