They look and sound like regular Thrall and almost have the same attack patterns as Thrall, but have even less self preservation, immediately charging the closest enemy in a straight line without waiting for a horde to back them up. They are even less resistant than Taken Thralls, and die in one shot even from [[Submachine Gun]]s.
