Saharan Contested Zone

Saharan Contested Zone was a region of Earth controlled by the Warlord Kandak during the Dark Age, although he did little to protect his people from Fallen raiders.[1] Another Lightbearer named Enitan was secretly a resident of the Contested Zone and became a protector of its people under the guise of the Red Moon Phantom, which drew the ire of Warlord Kandak.[2]
