Rahn, Devil Captain is a Fallen Captain who leads a small House of Devils crew in the Cosmodrome, Old Russia. They appear in the A Guardian Rises story mission. Rahn is the first boss in the game. They are located within Dock 13 alongside their crew of Devils.
