Phased Wretches, Kell's Scourge were special, Elite-tier Fallen Wretches that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They served as members of the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate, deployed in their raids on the Armory's Lost Forges.

Gameplay

Phased Wretches are found at the Bergusia Forge during the Forge Ignition activity there. These enemies will drop Radiant Batteries upon being killed, making them high-priority targets. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
