Optus Vocca is a Cabal Psion of the Imperial Cabal who serves as an Optus and is one of the Imperial Generals who volunteered to defend the champion of Cabal, Ignovun, Chosen of Caiatl.

They are slain by a group of Guardians inside the Halphas Electus during the Proving Grounds Strike.

Optus Vocca will occasionally spawn in the second phase of "Redirect the Tank's Power Flow" portion of the strike. They will appear alongside various Scorpius and reinforcements near the second power unit. In some instances they can be replaced by Val Veorthus and because of this multiple play throughs of the strike is recommended to increase the likelihood of encountering Vocca.

Gameplay

Optus Vocca is a Major Psion with significant durability and health. They will shoot players with its Cabal Slug Shotgun and occasionally release a special Void Psionic ability called Nova Rupture. In close proximity, Taxaat will attack with a melee and use it's trustpack to dash to a new position. Heavy weaponry is recommended to eliminate Taxaat quickly. In some instances Vocca will fall into the tracks of the Halphas Electus, however this does not lead to its death and Vocca will respawn near the power unit.
