The Nightmare of Seresis, Council Hand is a Nightmare of a Fallen Vandal seen in the Archer's Line as a part of a weekly powerful Nightmare boss. Assuming by name, Seresis was once a part of a highly regarded Fallen Council tasked with maintaining order within their respective House before being vanquished by an unknown foe. During the events of Shadowkeep, however, the Vandal and their peers would be recreated by the dark powers of the Pyramid as a deadly, yet rarely appearing foe.
