The Nightmare of Loronvis, Council Hand is a Nightmare of a Fallen Marauder that appears alongside the Nightmares of Rovikis and Seresis at the Archer's Line every four weeks as a part of a weekly powerful Nightmare encounter. Assuming by name, Loronvis was once a part of a highly regarded Fallen Council tasked with maintaining order within their respective House before being vanquished by an unknown foe. During the events of Shadowkeep, however, the Marauder and their peers would be recreated by the dark powers of the Pyramid as a deadly, yet rarely appearing foe.
