Motion to Compel is a Legendary Scout Rifle that can be acquired from Trials of the Nine in the Warmind expansion.
Perks
- High-Impact Frame: Slow-firing and high-damage. This weapon is more accurate when stationary and aiming down sights.
- Selectable Perk 1:
- Swap Mag: Swap weapons much faster for a short duration after emptying the magazine.
- Drop Mag: Magazine drops on reload, wasting ammunition but greatly increasing reload speed.
- Extended Mag:This weapon has a greatly increased magazine size, but reloads much slower. Greatly increases magazine size. Greatly decreases reload speed.
- Selectable Perk 2:
- Slideshot: Sliding partially reloads this weapon's magazine and temporarily boosts range and stability.
- Moving Target: Increased movement speed and target acquisition when moving while aiming down sights.
- Kill Clip: Reloading after a kill grants increased damage.
