Commander Kuang Xuan was the head of the K1 project, a joint venture between Aeronautics of China and the Clovis Bray corporation to establish a Lunar base that studied a mysterious artifact found beneath the surface of the moon. The artifact slowly drove Xuan and her crew to madness and death shortly before the Collapse.
