Karnstein Armlets are Exotic Warlock gauntlets introduced in Destiny 2.

Intrinsic perksEdit

Vampire's Caress: Melee attacks grant increased resilience and mobility, and they highlight injured enemies. Melee kills greatly restore health.

With Update 7.3.0 released with Season of the Wish on November 28th, the exotic perk of this armor was added a new function:

Melee kills now grant Cure T3 and Restoration T1 for 8 seconds. Finishers now grant Cure T3 and Restoration T2 for 8 seconds.

As you test the armlet, a regal voice sounds in your mind. "Listen! I made this armlet to help you in your quests. Will you help me in mine?
